What does the $3,500 Aruba package include?
The package includes a $1,700 Caribbean Poker Series Main Event entry, hotel accommodations in Aruba from September 23–27, 2026, $700 cash toward airfare, and complimentary admission to the Caribbean Poker Series Player Party.
When will I be in Aruba?
The package includes hotel accommodations in Aruba from September 23–27, 2026. Players who wish to extend their stay may request additional nights at an additional cost.
When do I play the Main Event?
The $1,700 Caribbean Poker Series Main Event has three starting flights. Package winners may choose any one of the following:
Day 1A — September 24 · 12:00 PM
Day 1B — September 25 · 12:00 PM
Day 1C — September 26 · 12:00 PM
Players who advance from their starting flight will return for Day 2 on September 27.
Please note: The package includes hotel accommodations through September 27. Players who advance to Day 2 and choose to stay in Aruba the night of September 27 may arrange additional accommodations at their own expense.
How does the $700 airfare allowance work?
The package winner will receive $700 cash toward airfare and is responsible for booking their own flights to and from Aruba. Any airfare or travel costs exceeding $700 are the responsibility of the package winner.
What is included with the Player Party?
The package includes complimentary admission to the Caribbean Poker Series Player Party on September 23 from 7:00–9:00 PM. The event will feature an open bar and hors d’oeuvres.
Is the package transferable?
Yes. The package may be transferred to another person. If the winner chooses to transfer the package, they must provide the full name and required information of the new package recipient within 48 hours of winning. Hialeah Park Casino will assist winners with the transfer process as needed.
Can I receive cash instead of the package?
The package is not redeemable for its advertised cash value. The only cash component of the package is the designated $700 airfare allowance. The package may be transferred in accordance with the transfer policy above.
What do I need to travel to Aruba?
What do I need to check in to the hotel?
Guests will need to present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card at hotel check-in. The credit card will be used for an incidental deposit, which will be refunded at checkout.
Can I change the hotel dates?
The package includes hotel accommodations from September 23–27, 2026. Additional nights may be requested and are available at an additional cost. Upgrades, date changes, incidental charges, and any other hotel expenses are not included in the package.

Participation is subject to all applicable Hialeah Park Casino tournament and promotional rules. The Aruba package has an advertised value of $3,500 and includes only the components expressly stated on this page.
The package is transferable, provided the winner supplies the required information for the designated recipient within 48 hours of winning. The winner or designated recipient is responsible for meeting all international travel and entry requirements, including possession of a valid passport.
Costs and expenses not expressly included in the package are the responsibility of the winner or designated recipient.
