Aruba – September 25–28, 2025
The Caribbean Poker Series is underway at The Casino Aruba at Hilton, and all eyes now turn to the Moneymaker Tour as it returns for the $1,700 Main Event with a $300,000 guaranteed prize pool. Last year’s Aruba debut smashed the guarantee by more than double, and the stage is set for an even bigger series this year.
Last Year We Smashed the Guarantee

Aruba was the site of a milestone moment for the Tour in 2024 when the inaugural international Main Event attracted 325 entries and built a prize pool of $438,750, more than doubling the $200,000 guarantee. Katie Lindsay went on to win the event outright, earning $102,915, a Caribbean Poker Series championship ring, and the Moneymaker trophy. That victory also marked the beginning of her journey as a Moneymaker Tour Ambassador.
“Winning in Aruba last year was such a special moment for me. To come back now as a Moneymaker Tour Ambassador feels full circle, and I am so excited to see the energy and players this year will bring,” said Katie Lindsay.
This year’s stop is once again held in partnership with the Caribbean Poker Series, which is already underway with a full lineup of events leading into the Moneymaker Main Event. Together, the two series make Aruba one of the premier poker destinations in the world this September.
Building on That Success
“Aruba was one of the highlights of our year,” said Chris Moneymaker, founder of the Moneymaker Tour. “The atmosphere, the players, and the support from the community showed exactly what we are building with this Tour. We are thrilled to be bringing the Main Event back to Aruba.”
The atmosphere in Aruba is unlike anywhere else on the Tour. Players compete for life-changing money inside The Casino Aruba at Hilton, then step outside to world-famous beaches, warm Caribbean breezes, and vibrant nightlife. The balance of high-level poker and tropical paradise has already made this stop a favorite among players, and with a boosted guarantee, even more will be making the trip this year.

More Than Just Poker
What sets the Aruba stop apart is the full player experience. The poker is world-class, but the off-the-felt moments are just as memorable.
On Thursday, September 25 at 7:00 PM, all players are invited to the official Hilton Hotel Pool Party to kick off the weekend. It’s a chance to relax, connect with fellow players, and enjoy the island vibe before the cards are in the air.
And the fun does not stop there. Following the pool party, the nightly better known as the After-Party Tournament takes the stage. What began as a standard nightly has grown into one of the most talked-about events on Tour stops, now fondly referred to by many as the “drunken nightly.” It is always a blast, mixing poker with plenty of laughs and creating memories players talk about long after the series ends.
