Event #13
$1,500 Moneymaker Main Event NLH (Re-Entry)
Entries: 505
Prizepool: $666,600
September 25 - 30, 2024
Event 13 of the 2024 Moneymaker Tour at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati was the $1,500 Buy-in NLH Main Event. The event drew 505 entries over four starting days creating a prize pool of $666,600 surpassing the posted $500,000 guarantee.
Chris Moneymaker came into Day 2 second in chips, but failed to improve on his 9th place position from last year, finishing in 24th place. One player that did improve on his finish from last year, was final tablaist Daneil Swartz. Daniel final tabled the Main Event last year, but fell just short in 3rd place after his pocket eights took a three outer to Houston White's ace on the river. In the end, Nashville Tennessee resident Houston White won the event outright receiving $143,317, a custom autographed Moneymaker Tour logo painting, a new trophy guitar (courtesy of the Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati), the dealer button from his final table, and the coveted Moneymaker trophy!
Our next event is just a few days away! The tour's first international stop takes us to Aruba starting October 4th! The $1,500 Buy-in Main Event features a $200,000 guarantee and some fun times to be had in the sun and sand. Click here for a full schedule. Two weeks after Aruba on October 23rd, we return to where it all started in May 2023, the Palm Beach Kennel Club for 29 trophy events and over $500,000 in guarantees until November 4th! Click here for that schedule.
Thank you again to everyone who supported the series in Cincinnati and we hope to return in 2025!
